Judo Club AJC Marseille
Judo Club AJC Marseille is meeting you on the tatami at Japan Expo Sud. And on top of demonstrations and initiations to jûdô, you can also try jûjitsu and taiso!
Introduction
Judo Club AJC Marseille practices and teaches jûdô, jûjitsu (self-defense) and taiso (Japanese fitness).
It allows everyone to practice those sports, and to become more dextrous, more flexible, and physically and psychologically stronger. Its philosophy includes learning to respect the rules, to help others, to assess one’s strength and weaknesses.
Students can start from 4 y.o. for fun, and later compete and train as they will. Judo Club AJC Marseille includes all ages: baby jûdô, kids, teens, adults and elderly people.
The association also works with disabled people by mixing them with the others. This allows to discover, understand and accept one another.
At Japan Expo Sud
Judo Club AJC Marseille proposes 3 days of jûdô, jûjitsu and taiso demonstrations.
You can also try basic training of those disciplines, open to everyone, whatever your age: put on a judogi, have fun, and discover the philosophy of Japanese martial arts! And there’ll be gifts to reward you at the end of each session.
