Tip #9 Where is the entrance?
You’re scared you might get lost in the lines? you won’t find the entrance? you’ll take the wrong direction and cannot get in? Don’t fret, we did our best to avoid that and we’re telling you how!

Once you get to Chanot Marseille, you will first go through security. Then, you’ll be showed towards the line corresponding to your type of ticket:
- the entrance in hall 3 for presale 1-day tickets (like last year) until midday
- the entrance in hall 2 for all others, with four separate lines for:
- Zen and Zen+ tickets (like last year)
- 3-day passes
- people without tickets, the cash desks are now located in hall 2
- priority people (families with young kids, people with disabilities or who cannot stand for a long time…)
- and also for 1-day tickets from midday on

Attention: from midday on, the only entrance is in hall 2. The entrance in hall 3 closes up and all attendees enter in hall 2, whatever their type of ticket.
