Martial arts: choose your way!
Martial art clubs are ready for you on the tatami at Japan Expo Sud: come admire their demonstrations or joint hem to try and find your own way!
And you have many disciplines to choose from! Try kendô or iaidô with FUDOKAN which often attend Japan Expo Sud and which has been teaching martial arts locally for close to 30 years.
If you can feel the samurai in you, then you have to train with Takeda Budo France! They’ll show you the beauty of jujitsu, kendô, iaidô, and more, and invite you onto the tatami to give them a try. You ready?
Another discipline that is very popular in Japan but a bit less in Europe is shôrinji kenpô which is above all about self-defense. The club Shorinji Kempo Marseille, along with Montpellier’s and Monaco’s clubs, presents all the aspects of this traditional Japanese budô and teaches you the basics of self-defense techniques.
