Find your way more easily at Japan Expo Sud

With 3 halls, and so many different alleys and areas, you may have some trouble finding your way in the festival? To help you, we’ve made it more colorful: new stage names and colored signs to help go where you want to go!

Posted on

We’ve given new names to the stages and we’ve chosen Japanese color names to make it easier:

Akai Stage (akai = red): for showcases, Cosplay Shows, giant karaoke

Shiroi Stage (shiroi = white): for cuisine or ikebana demonstrations, meditation sessions, yosakoi dancing shows…

Kuroi Stage (kuroi = black): for manga panels, web culture panels, J-music talk-shows, Japan Expo Game Shows…

Murasaki Stages & Desk (murasaki = purple): come meet the guests for signings. Go to the Murasaki Desk (signing desk) to get a signing ticket which will give you access to one of the 2 Murasaki Stages (signing rooms).

To find them, it couldn’t be easier: follow the colored signs to find the stage with the correspondig color.

You’re looking for the Cosplay Show on the Akai Stage? Look up and follow the red signs!
You want autographs from the authors of Deadman Wonderland at the Murasaki Stage? Follow the purple signs to the Murasaki Desk to get a signing ticket and then to the Murasaki Stage to meet the guests.
